What do you need to know about Daniel?
The first thing you would probably hear him talk about if you were around him is his family. Whether he is talking about how wonderful and talented his wife Ashlee is, or sharing a story about the latest hilarious thing one of his kids said it, would not take long for them to come up. His family is his first calling, his greatest gift, and source of so much joy. He and his wife Ashlee and their four kids Elliot, Everlee, Emmersen, and Ezra live in the Twin Cities Area of Minneapolis. If you're ever in that area, just follow the sound of laughter and you'll probably run into the Young's.
Not long after you hear about his family you would discover his passion to pastor, coach, and care for people. He doesn't love crowds. He loves people. And one of his main goals every day is to make everyone he interacts with feel like the most important person in the Room. Whether he is celebrating or spiritual milestone, or standing in solidarity with someone on their darkest day, Daniel feels blessed to serve people as The Director of Student Ministries at Eagle Brook church Where he gets to align leaders across 10 campuses with common vision, language, and strategy.
If you hear him speak you would be left without a doubt that he is a dynamic and engaging communicator. He is a student of communication with a love for learning and ideas. For him, speaking is a craft and a calling. It’s an art and an honor. In his approach he is committed to conveying timeless truths in ways that are fresh, accessible, and memorable.
